Maltese Falcon: The most luxurious yacht is up for grabs for $130 million

If riding the waves in a luxurious yacht is what you seek, this piece of news is definitely for you. The famous 289-ft. Maltese Falcon, has been listed for sale via global online luxury marketplace JamesList. And it’s obviously not cheap. Any prospective buyer will have to shell out a whopping $130 million to take this beauty home. This superyacht was built by Perini Navi for venture capitalist Tom Perkins in 2006 and it is definitely a class apart. Boasting of a revolutionary sailing system-DynaRig, this beauty has three self-standing and rotating masts hosting 15 sails for a total sail area of 25,791 square feet for unrivaled, performance maneuverability and record-shattering speed (she can complete Atlantic crossings in ten days). Buyers can expect luxurious interiors including a rich décor as well as a statue modeled on a vintage Bugatti. The three decks are united by a circular stairway that enhances the yacht’s design and beauty. The main deck features a main saloon, an enormous aft cockpit, two separate studio areas and a majestic dining room. There are also five other state-of-the-art guest rooms (one of the guest rooms features a gym as well!) along with a unique owner's cabin on the upper deck with a private cockpit, a protected sun bathing area. Besides this, the Falcon also has the capacity to house 16 crew members to pamper its luxury seeking guests.

A truly luxurious yacht, suddenly the $130 million price tag seems totally worth it.
